Sheldon The Drama King — Refund & Returns Policy
Every Sheldon The Drama King item is printed on demand, just for you, the moment you place your order. Because each piece is made to order and can't be resold, all sales are final — with one very important exception, below.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items — no drama, we fix it
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we've got you covered. We will happily reprint your item or issue a full refund — your choice. No interrogation, no dramatic monologue required.
To report an issue, email us at sheldonthedramaking@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item (this helps us fix it fast)
Once we review your message, we'll arrange a reprint or refund right away. If a refund is issued, it will go back to your original pay
EU right of withdrawal (customers in the European Union)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the last item in your order. If the final day of the period falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the deadline extends to the next business day.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a return request through your customer account at https://account.sheldonthedramaking.com (sign in with the email address you used for your order) before the withdrawal period expires, or email us at sheldonthedramaking@gmail.com with your order number. You can also cancel your order from your customer account at any time before it is fulfilled.
Effects of withdrawal: if you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the order. You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

What isn't covered
Because every item is printed just for you, we can't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, or for sizing issues — so please check the size guides on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure about sizing, email us first at sheldonthedramaking@gmail.com and we'll help you pick the right fit.
A note on print-on-demand
Since each item is printed individually, tiny variations in print placement or color can occur from piece to piece. This is a normal part of the made-to-order process and isn't considered a defect.
